FP&A in Microsoft Fabric – Now in Public Preview
Aimplan is thrilled to announce the public preview of the Aimplan Financial Planning and Analysis solution, now supporting the new Fabric SQL database.

What’s New?
At the Microsoft Ignite conference in Chicago this week, Microsoft introduced SQL databases in Fabric, combining transactional database technology with fast analytical processing through automatic replication to OneLake and Power BI.

What Does This Mean for You?
For organizations investing in Fabric, Aimplan now supporting Fabric SQL databases means that their finance team can use Fabric and Power BI for financial planning, reporting, and analysis. Aimplan’s budgeting and forecasting data, management comments, approvals, master data, and more will be stored and seamlessly integrated into the Fabric platform.

After months of effort, we’re excited to share that Aimplan now connects directly to Fabric SQL databases. A huge thank you to the Microsoft Fabric team for their collaboration and outstanding support!
