A wholesale group had acquired a large number of local wholesalers and, in practice, started from scratch. Multiple ERP systems, local data definitions and separate reporting needs made it hard to create a single view of the business.

Together with KOKAI, the company built a data platform in Microsoft Fabric that consolidates data across companies and systems. It unifies master data and provides shared semantic models in Power BI. Fabric also acts as an integration layer towards other systems.
