At KOKAI, we often talk about technology – Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Aimplan, and Bizview. But what truly makes us unique is the culture we build around these tools.


We invest in competence development: Over the past year, several of our team members have achieved Microsoft certifications such as PL-300, AZ-104, and DP-600. This creates new opportunities for our employees and gives our customers even greater confidence in the projects we deliver.

We build community: Our Norwegian and Swedish teams meet regularly across borders – both professionally and socially. From summer parties to knowledge-sharing days, we prioritise being one team, not just individual consultants.
