Over the past year, Fredrick has levelled-up both his technical toolkit and his project-lead chops. Today he keeps a steady hand on almost every KOKAI project, making sure deadlines, quality, and collaboration all stay on course.

Beyond the dashboards and Gantt charts, Fredrick is the colleague you want in your corner. He jumps in whenever someone needs backup, and his guidance during recent onboardings has set the tone for a culture of support and knowledge-sharing across the team.
