In recent years, Fredrick has focused on planning solutions after working with Microsoft Dynamics AX and business intelligence. He has been essential in the development and delivery of various solutions at PBC, both for large customers and for smaller projects.
Fredrick loves following and assisting customers from the initial point of contact through the design and implementation phases, and eventually to the production phase. He has a unique capacity to convert consumer needs into practical solutions, and he is an enthusiastic supporter when the answers are designed.
Further, he was the Profitbase Planner product manager at PBC for the preceding three years, where he worked closely on the creation and improvement of this product based on customer and consultant feedback as well as actual project experience.
